weberseal acrylic PRO-SEAL is a ready-to-use acrylic joint sealant with good flexibility, designed for sealing construction joints between various building materials. It is a one-component product that offers excellent adhesion and can be used on a wide variety of substrates.

Application Instructions

• Ensure surfaces are strong, clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or loose particles

• Do not apply over backing rods as it may lead to poor adhesion

• Cut the nozzle of the Weberseal Acrylic Pro-Seal cartridge to the desired width

• Remove the seal cap, attach the plastic nozzle, and place in a standard caulking gun (with minimum pressure of 45 psi)

• Apply the sealant evenly into the joint and finish using a trowel or suitable tool before the sealant cures

• If masking tape is used for alignment, remove it before the sealant skins over

• Allow 45–72 hours to fully cure before painting or exposing to water
