Customer Service Officer

Customer Service Officer :  A direct point of contact for customers, an interface between customers and the company in terms of processing orders and providing product delivery service. Customer Service also handles and resolves customer's complaints and co-ordinate with all the departments designated.

  • To deal directly with customers and respond promptly to customer inquiries:  take orders by telephone, fax, email and customer website. 
  • To process orders, forms and requests, review and filing quotation, or other administrative paper required or necessary for day-to-day operations and send/fax to customers
  • To handle the sales orders and goods product return (RMS) of domestic and export in day-to-day operation, by checking all details : price, delivery date, discount and other conditions
  • To co-ordinate with sales, factory and customers in order to organize the best logistics service to customers
  • To co-ordinate with financial team to special price setting (promotion, discount, quotation price, etc)
  • To send requests and unresolved issues to the concerned parties
  • To record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • To play an active role in the implementation of the commercial action plan with efficiency.
  • To participate and help in the company’s activities such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, trainings to customers, customers’ gatherings or any occasions assigned by the company.

 

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor degree in Sale, Marketing or Administration
  • 3 years of related experience in sales support, customer service experience in domestic and export
  • Work under pressure
  • Have to be a very good problem solving person
  • Self-motivated
